Thank for a quick response, accept tried all the to a higher place troubleshooting, only i still become the above error while trying to pair the speaker. There is no outcome with other devices or the speaker connecting to the some other laptop with the same Windows 10 build. If you have any other piece of work around please do let me know.

I can pair and connect in one case... after that I always take to remove the device and pair it once more. But, information technology only happens with devices running windows 10 .... it is a horrible experience with Bluetooth on windows devices! it never work as it should. Please, Microsoft, gear up these issues.
